Differential Drops
On a lifted IFS truck, a diff drop restores correct CV angles — quieter, smoother, and far easier on driveline parts. Small part, big difference.
When you lift an independent-front-suspension Land Cruiser or GX, the front differential stays put while the wheels drop — steepening CV axle angles, adding vibration, and accelerating wear. A differential drop relocates the front diff downward to restore those angles to something close to factory.
It is one of the highest-value supporting mods on a lifted 100 Series, 200 Series, GX 470, or GX 460. We install diff drops as part of a proper lift, or retrofit them to a truck that already feels buzzy or eats CV boots.
