The 80 Series (1990–1997) is the enthusiast favorite for good reason. It was the first Land Cruiser with coil springs at all four corners married to solid axles front and rear — the holy grail of articulation and ride quality off-road. Later trucks ran the 4.5L 1FZ-FE inline-six, and select models came with factory electric front and rear differential lockers, making a well-equipped 80 a genuine triple-locked rig straight from Toyota.

We build 80 Series trucks the way they deserve: proper suspension lifts that preserve the coil-sprung ride, ARB or aftermarket lockers where the factory left them out, knuckle and birfield rebuilds, head gasket and cooling work on the 1FZ, and full overland outfitting. Whether you want a clean restoration or a continent-crossing expedition rig, the 80 is the platform that rewards doing it right.
